LearnPaq is an AI-powered education platform for colleges, institutes, and universities in India. We are committed to protecting the privacy of students, teachers, and institution administrators who use our platform.

2. What Data We Collect

Institution data: Institution name, contact person name, email, phone number, and institution type collected during onboarding and demo requests.

Student data: Learning progress, mastery scores, quiz responses, session history. This data is collected only within the context of the student's institution and is accessible only to authorised personnel at that institution.

Usage data: Page views, session durations, and interaction patterns used to improve the platform.

3. How We Use Data

We use data to: personalise learning for each student, generate progress reports for institutions, improve platform performance, and communicate with institutions about their account and demo requests.

We never use student data for advertising, sell data to third parties, or share data outside the institution's authorised scope.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access to student data is role-controlled — only authorised institution admins, teachers, and the student themselves can access their data.
