2. Use of the Platform

LearnPaq is licensed to institutions for educational purposes. Institutions are responsible for their users (admins, teachers, students) and ensuring appropriate use within their context.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform software, AI models, and content generated by LearnPaq remain the intellectual property of LearnPaq. Institutions may use generated content within their educational context.

4. Limitation of Liability

LearnPaq is provided as-is. We are not liable for learning outcomes, exam results, or decisions made based on AI-generated content. Educational AI is a tool, not a guarantee.
